ABSOLUTE GUARANTEES.

IMPERIAL FISHING ITALIA guarantees the replacement of any item that is defective, damaged or shipped by mistake due to the responsibility of its employees without additional costs.

The warranty on individual products is linked to the original manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping costs are always paid by the customer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

If for other reasons the Customer is not satisfied with the items ordered, he/she will have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, pursuant to art.5 of Legislative Decree 185/99.

To withdraw from the purchase, the Customer must communicate this wish to us no later than 10 days. working hours from receipt of the purchased products. The communication must be made via e-mail with reading confirmation and must specify the products purchased and contain the express desire to withdraw from the purchase.

RETURN OF GOODS.

By exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer may return the ordered items, as long as they are intact and in their original packaging, by shipping at their own expense by any means of their choice.

If IMPERIAL FISHING ITALIA receives returned items damaged or tampered with even during the return shipment, it will not refund the sums paid by the Customer for the purchase of the products. Once the goods have been received, IMPERIAL FISHING ITALIA will promptly and in any case within 30 days of receiving the email, refund the amount due, deducting any transport costs if not charged in the first shipment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to out-of-production items.

The transport costs of items under warranty, replacement or withdrawal are always borne by the customer.
