The Solar Tackle legacy in Rod Pods is well known and we believe we have achieved the ultimate in versatility, functionality and appearance with the new Universal pod. This item takes key features of all previous solar pods (like Worldwide, Globetrotter etc.) and pushes the boundaries further. Precision engineered and manufactured in the UK, it is packed with features and can suit any style of fishing. Not only is the height and angle of each individual leg adjustable, but the leg supports can also be positioned anywhere along the double main bars.

- Double extendable main bar for stability. The main bar extends from 95cm to 1.6m
- Solar's unique ratchet leg adjustment system for individual leg adjustment
- Each leg adjustment bridge is movable and can be fixed at any point along the main bars
- Snap anchor points on the front and rear deck sections
- Drop struts, which allow the pod to fold flat. Rear uprights 14cm high and front uprights 11cm high
- Adjustable 16-inch and 20-inch legs with captive thumbscrews and new Ground-Probe points. Euro legs are made from larger diameter stainless steel for greater strength and stability on the larger frame, compared to the Universal Pod
